The three paths
Track A Plant a new church in the U.S. — starting a new congregation where one is needed, through Send Network. The assessment in this section is built for this path.
Track A Replant or revitalize — stepping into a declining or dying church to help it become healthy again. This is a different calling: you inherit a congregation, its history, and its wounds, rather than starting from zero. It asks for patience and pastoral steadiness more than entrepreneurial drive.
Track B Serve overseas through the IMB — carrying the gospel to the nations. This has its own separate qualification and candidate process — it is not the Send Network assessment described above — and is covered fully in the IMB section of this hub.

Your Slavic background is an asset on every path
Planting here, your language reaches the millions of Russian- and Ukrainian-speaking people across North America who have far too few churches. Replanting, your cross-cultural instincts help bridge generations and communities. And overseas, a Russian-speaking believer is unusually valuable on Russian-speaking and Central Asian fields. The question is not whether God can use your story, but where.
